What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, project details, consent choices, and notes you provide. We also receive technical information such as referring page, device type, approximate location, and analytics events.

How we use and share it

We use information to respond, qualify your project, prevent fraud, measure the site, and match you with one closet company or up to three if you request comparisons. If you request a match, we share relevant contact and project details with the matched company or companies so they can schedule the consultation. We do not sell your information to data brokers or lead marketplaces. A participating partner may pay us a referral fee; this does not increase your price.

Calls and texts

SMS consent is optional and separate from submitting the form. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A request may still be handled by email or a partner's ordinary scheduling process.

Analytics, cookies, and retention

We use Google Analytics and necessary site technologies to understand visits and form completion. You can restrict cookies in your browser. We retain lead information only as long as reasonably necessary for matching, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and a documented business purpose, then delete or de-identify it.

Your Maryland privacy rights

Depending on applicability, Maryland residents may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Email hello@baltimorecloset.com. We will verify the request, respond within the period required by law, and explain any denial and appeal process.
